ATTENTION! MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! Everyone’s favorite bad boy, Eminem, has released his comeback album, “The Marshall Mathers LP2,” and it certainly lives up to expectations. Now, for any of you that have outstanding issues with Mr. Mathers, just take a look at this:

Okay. Now that we have THAT out of the way…

Eminem has been through a lot in the past couple of years: custody battles, the death of his best friend, addiction, and more. MMLP2 takes you on a journey through Mather’s emotions during these turbulent years, yet somehow manages to still be danceable. Some of the most personal tracks are his hit single, “Rap God,” and the tinkling piano ballad of “Legacy.” If you’re one of those people who’s not big on “emotions,” be sure to check out “Rhyme Or Reason,” which is a glorious mixture of Em’s “Ass Like That,” and D-12’s “Purple Pills.” While both silly and sentimental look good on Eminem, he truly shines on the tracks where he get’s angry.

I guess you could say that – unlike The Incredible Hulk – you WILL like Eminem when he’s angry.

Much to everyone’s delight, Em’s inner-313 comes out in tracks like “So Much Better,” where he spits viciously, “My life would be so much better / if you just dropped dead / I was layin’ in bed last night thinkin’ / and this thought just popped in my head.” If pissy is your thing, be sure to also give a listen to “Evil Twin,” where Mathers snarls, “Ever since the day I came out I was like ‘fuck merits’ / I’d rather be loud, and I like swearin’!”

We like you loud and swearin’ too, Em!

Now, Rihanna, I think that you know better than ANYONE that violence is NOT the answer to problems.

Yup, I just went there.

The “Good Girl Gone Bad” is finding herself under fire after getting into an altercation with an overzealous fan at a Birmingham, UK concert recently, where she ended up smacking the RiRi lover with her microphone.  The action was in response to the fan apparently refusing to let Rihanna’s arm go after she stepped into the audience to shake hands during her performance of “We Found Love.”  After the concert, the songstress took to her official twitter page to express her outrage:

“Purpose! That b— won’t let me go!”

Welp, that’s certainly ONE way to get your point across.  Although, next time, probably just let security handle it, okay? Great. Now, go sit in the corner, you’re officially in time out for the next hour until you learn to use your words, young lady!

Looking at the front cover, we’re a bit skeptical.  The glow around Gaga’s hand seems to be encroaching a bit too far into hair/face area, and while the media has released plenty of Photoshop fails into the world, we’re not sure that Mother Monster would let this one slide.  She looks lovely with her multi-colored locks and perfectly arched brows, and pretty much anything is an improvement over the strange human-cycle Born This Way cover, so we’ll take it (if it’s legitimate).

The track listing, on the other hand, we have absolutely no problem with.  I know that it’s hard to see those features written in white, but they include Beyonce, Rihanna, Azealia Banks, Lana Del Rey, Britney freakin’ Spears, and Gaga’s close friend, Sir Elton John.  The song names themselves are provocative and daring, as we’d expect from good ol’ Gagz.

I know I’m personally excited to hear “Princess Die,” but that may be my Lana Del Rey love shining through.  It would definitely be interesting to hear their eclectic styles mix.  What track are you dying to hear?  I mean, assuming these are even the track names at all.

Please, please, PLEASE be real.

Miley Cyrus’ single  “We Can’t Stop” has been doing well after it’s debut on this week’s Hot 100 chart following its June 3 release. The only thing is “We Can’t Stop” wasn’t meant for Cyrus. What!!! The hit originally was meant for a different singer. The song’s producer, Mike said the track originally was meant to be for  “Pour It Up” collaborator, Rihanna.

“When I originally worked on ‘We Can’t Stop,’ we had did it for Rihanna. The idea was more towards Rihanna,” Mike WiLL Made-It tells MTV News. “Rihanna, she heard ‘Pour It Up’ right away, and she didn’t even hear ‘We Can’t Stop.'”

After Mike finished wrapping up on Rihanna’s album “Unapologetic,” Cyrus was next in line after Rihanna to collaborate with Mike. Sony and him believed that song was “perfect” for the pop star. The song was going to be her comeback on to the scene. Her new edgy look and this single opened her back in the spotlight. Miley Cyrus loved the song and now it is her lead single to her fourth studio album.

Starkeema Greenidge attended the singer’s concert in Brooklyn, and decided she may as well look cute while there, right?  She visited the MAC pop-up shop to try some of Rihanna’s “Woo” lipstick, but soon after, her bright and colorful smile turned into a a very, very unhappy frown.  Greenidge is suing the cosmetics company, claiming to have suffered “mental and emotional distress” from the incident:

I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money.

Greenidge also stated that she hopes her personal story will encourage MAC to train employees to use disposable swabs when testing out makeup on possible customers.  WHY WEREN’T THEY DOING THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?  You would think one of the most popular makeup brands in the world would be extremely cautious about situations like this.  Well, someone may be getting fired.

Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new. They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives – or in that kid’s case, 80 minutes of their lives…Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won’t have you back. Then it just becomes a cliche. It’s really not cool – you’re an a–hole. Go to f–kin’ work!

Ooooh, SNAP.  But really, as fans of any artist, it’s hard to disagree with Bon Jovi’s main point: respect your audience.  An artist whose been so popular and well-liked for so long probably knows what he’s talking about, so we hope you’re taking notes, Biebz.  You don’t want to lose your fans and image this early in the game, though it seems like you’re on your way with new scandals constantly popping up.  Plus, it’s sort of hard to deny the negativity brought on by lack of punctuality, considering audience members are known to “boo” after waiting too long (isn’t that right, Rihanna?).

We’re curious to see if Bieber will have a defensive response, and even more curious to see if it will make any sense.  Just kidding, we know it won’t.

The UK bad boy hotties The Wanted have just released the music video for the lead single off their upcoming album, and it’s one massive 90’s throwback!  In “Walks Like Rihanna,” the boys have a meeting with their gorgeous new video director to discuss ideas, but unfortunately, they are all recycled!  In the ultimate “blinded by beauty” move, they decide to simply go along with whatever she says! They proceed to reenact classic boy band scenes from the past, including N*Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye” marrionette scene, the all-white Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way” look, frolicking in the rain ala Take That’s “Back For Good,” among many, many more.  Whether you’re young or…well, not so young, you are promised to enjoy the perky, silly video.  You can check it out below!

The black and white video features the talented ladies doing what they do best, harmonizing flawlessly, accompanied by a sole acoustic guitar.  5H captures the emotion of the song while still changing it up more than enough to come up with a captivating rendition.

The freshly revealed album art is a close-up photo of Lovato (like almost every pop star’s album art), who is covered in silver glitter (Ke$ha, anyone?) with black eyes, nails, lips, brows, hair, and smudges on her head.  She is staring intensely into my soul the camera with her hands up to her face, showing off a few of her (you guessed it) black tattoos.  I will admit, the starlet does manage to look flawless, even covered with the metallic grime.

DEMI is set to release on May 14, and pre-order for the US and Canada starts tomorrow (April 9 worldwide).  You can sign up for updates on the official Demi Lovato website.  With a hit like “Heart Attack” and this fierce new album art, I am expecting great things.
