Well happy Monday to me! The Billboard Music Awards were last night, and you know what that means: all of the best and worst fashion, with gif commentary! Unlike the Met Gala, which had a “punk” theme, the Billboard Awards were a free for all, and it certainly showed on the red carpet, with celebrities showing up in some of the latest cutting-edge styles. Let’s take a look, shall we?
