A few months ago, we reported on the emperor of EDM, Diplo, planning to tackle four cities in one day. Without a doubt, the DJ made it happen, and had it captured on camera for those of us who need to see to believe (or just love Diplo).
The Trap Hawk Down mini-documentary fits twelve hours of helicopter flying, performing, driving, and chatter into an approximately seven minute long video. There is plenty of show footage with heavily twerking crowds amongst purple lights and smoke, as well as snippets of Diplo’s discussions of the shows while in route, with the lengthiest conversation being about butts. Oh, Diplo.
It can be appreciated that Diplo visibly keeps his energy up from Baltimore, to Philadelphia, to Atlantic City, to NYC. You can sense his excitement in the video, even if he does admit to drinking Red Bulls as an aid (like you can blame him). Thanks to POTATOwillEATyou for posting the mini-documentary.
