Every EDM lover’s favorite time of year is nearly upon us: The legendary Electric Daisy Carnival! Produced once again by Insomniac with RPM Worldwide, (the team behind Pacha New York,) EDC will take place on May 17th and 18th at Citi Field in Queens, the home of the Mets. This venue is a serious improvement from last year’s festival, which took place in a parking lot…in New Jersey.
While the lineup has not yet been announced, Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella promises that attendees will be treated to a “multi-sensory experience,” which, if you ask me, sounds like code for: “even on the off-chance that you’re sober, you’ll still feel like you’re tripping balls.”
Tickets go on sale on February 8th, and start at $159, so get to saving, because as always, EDC is an event you don’t want to miss!
