I bet you want the goodies, and I got ‘em for you! Ciara is back with her passionate new slow jam, “Body Party,” featuring Future, a.k.a. her boyfriend. The track features Ciara’s lovely voice accompanied by a clean, bluesy guitar, some snaps, a steady beat, and a sensual ambiance. It has the sort of 90’s R&B feel that we all still cling to on our throwback playlists, while still sounding fresh and leaving us excited for what’s to come.
Ciara is especially happy with the song and having been able to work with her man on it:
Let’s just say that this record came out of a very sincere place…I think when things just organically feel right, naturally good things come from it…there’s nothing like being able to work with someone that can bring a new flavor…I can’t avoid being inspired by what’s going on in my life. To be honest, I’m in a very happy place.
