What do you get when you mix Sean Paul and pre-plastic surgery Lil’ Kim? The answer is the cringe-worthy new video for “Freaks” by French Montana featuring Nicki Minaj. The eye-roll-inducing thrust-fest will leave you asking for the three minutes of your life back, along with flashbacks to mid-2000 when the public had to answer Lil’ Kim’s question of “How Many Licks?” French Montana rhymes about rude girls and bad bitches (charming, right?) while Nicki predictably sits upon a literal throne, growling about how fantastic her curves are – all while in pasties. Overall, both the video and song have a “been there, done that” vibe to them, and is a fantastic example of what happens when two people have never heard the phrase, “less is more.” You can check out “Freakshow” below.
