Alright, kiddies…it’s confession time.
My name is SpaceJam…and I love, love, LOVE…80’s hair bands. So you could only imagine my glee when rumors started swirling around about a possible new Motley Crue album coming out this year. It looked a little something like this:
After I composed myself, I did some further research, and sadly, discovered that the reports were false, with lead singer Vince Neil confirming, “no, no new album.”
Now, before you throw something across the room, like I did, there IS some good news! After crushing dreams of people-still-using-Aquanet everywhere, Neil DID say that there might be a couple new songs coming out in 2014, stating:
“What I’m hearing is that maybe two or three or four more songs might come out to go with that song we released this year (“Sex”), but it will be something like an EP, not an album.”
Well, not exactly what I was hoping for, but hey, Motley Crue is some of the best of the best, and I’ll take what I can get! Although, I wouldn’t be opposed to Crue giving me something to hold me over until 2014…
