JC Chasez (a.k.a. my favorite *NSYNC member) recently stopped by a USC Tridelta sorority dinner to perform a cover of “Ho Hey” by the Lumineers for the surprised and swooning college students. He showed them, and the world (thanks to YouTube), that he’s still got the pipes and the looks to make girls scream. The boys in formal attire providing backing vocals and guitar are just the cherries on top.
Chasez, who hasn’t released an album since “Schizophrenic” in 2004, has kept busy as a judge on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, but with its recent cancellation and the surfacing of this video, I think maybe it’s time that he hops back on the singing train. Or, you know, *NSYNC could finally get back together (COME ON, TIMBERLAKE).
P.S. I’m majorly side-eyeing the girl who mouths “Who is that?” around 10 seconds in.
