THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL. Ziggy Stardust, AKA Aladdin Sane, AKA David FREAKIN’ Bowie, is making a comeback after ten torturous years of silence. The music legend celebrates his 66th birthday today, but he was the one giving US the gift when he released his new single, “Where Are We Now?” via iTunes in 119 countries, along with a music video, below. The video revisits Bowie’s time spent in Berlin and was produced by his longtime collaborator, Tony Visconti, and directed by Tony Ousler. The album is available now for pre-order, and will be released as a standard 12-track and deluxe version 17-track. It will be officially released in the United States March 12th. What do you think, “Young Americans,” will YOU be picking up Bowie’s comeback album? Or are you simply “Hunky Dory” without it?
