Folk-punk Winchester native, Frank Turner, has released a fifteen minute documentary, as well as a batch of summer US tour dates in support of his upcoming album, Tape Deck Heart.
The documentary is entitled “The Way I Tend To Be,” and it covers pretty much…well, everything. Footage and interviews show Turner’s musical beginnings, including his hardcore band, Kneejerk, to his growth into the musician he is today, selling out venues with capacities in the thousands. There are plenty of performance clips from tours and late night TV appearances, and also a few from the studio. Turner narrates, assuring fans that throughout his journey as an artist, he has always remained “desperately in love with music.”
Along with the must-watch documentary, fans have a chance to see Frank Turner on the road again. Here are the dates:
