The teen sensation recently took a break from the European leg of his “Believe” tour to visit the Anne Frank house the other day. Seems harmless enough, right?
WRONG.
Beiber stunned millions with a truly tasteless comment that he left in the guestbook of the house:
“Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.“
…Are you freaking kidding me with this, Justin? Can you even begin to fathom how unforgivingly self-centered this comment sounds? Anne was a girl who – much to your dismay, I’m sure – never had the chance to live a normal teenage life before she was ripped away from her days of living in complete seclusion to die of typhus at the young age of fifteen. You’re taking trip where you learned about a girl who brought attention to one of the greatest tragedies the world has ever seen, and SOMEHOW spun it around to a shameless self-promotion. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.
